Overview
Ultimo was designed as a connected logistics ecosystem for managing delivery operations from planning to execution.
I worked across both the operations platform and driver experience, designing workflows for runsheet planning, shipment management, live tracking, driver communication and delivery performance. On the mobile side, the experience guides drivers through their daily runsheets and field tasks, including collection, verification and proof of delivery.
The goal was to bring operational teams and drivers into one connected system, making complex logistics workflows easier to understand, monitor and execute.
Live tracking gives dispatch teams a real-time view of active drivers and delivery progress, making it easier to monitor daily operations at a glance.
The command center combines driver locations, shipment status and direct communication in one place, helping operations teams respond quickly to issues in the field.
Detailed runsheet timelines connect route performance with individual shipment data, helping teams investigate delays, status changes and delivery activity more clearly.
The driver app guides field teams through assigned runsheets and proof-of-delivery tasks, including cash collection, photos, verification codes, signatures and barcode scanning.
