Overview
As part of Mumzworld’s expansion beyond e-commerce, I designed a birthday party planning experience that helps parents move from exploring packages to organizing and booking a complete celebration.
The journey brings package comparison, add-ons, guest details, scheduling, personalization and booking into one guided flow, while keeping access to a party planner available when human support is needed.
Party packages, available dates and time slots are brought together early in the journey, helping parents quickly understand their options and start planning with confidence.
Clear package comparison, optional add-ons and real celebration examples help parents understand what is included and personalize the experience around their needs.
A guided planning flow captures guest details, preferences and special requests before bringing everything together in a clear order summary and booking confirmation.
