Overview
I designed a connected pet care experience that brings veterinary recommendations, care plans, appointments and recommended products into the pet profile. Rather than treating care and commerce as separate journeys, the experience helps owners understand what their pet needs, take action and continue managing ongoing care in one connected flow.
Pet profiles bring care plans, appointments and ongoing health needs into one place, giving owners a clear view of what their pet needs next.
Vet-recommended products are connected directly to the care plan and grouped by priority, helping owners understand what is required, optional and suitable before adding items to cart.
After purchase, products, reminders and upcoming appointments remain linked to the pet’s care plan, turning a one-time transaction into an ongoing care journey.
